NATIVe seems a natural evolution, deriving from this Berlinale’s longstanding passion for “broadening the field of human experience with absolutely unique stories and story-telling forms.” So starting next week I’ll be focusing on NATIVe and some relevant films in Forum, Generation, Panorama and Competition that I hope to place in context of the festival as a vital center for cross-cultural exchange.
